Square Inline Fan – size 5 in

The CHA05 is the most compact and lowest-power unit in the square inline fan range, delivering 1,750 CFM through a 5-inch inline body driven by a 0.25 HP motor. It is designed for tight mechanical spaces and small-scale ventilation applications — including single-room bathroom exhaust, small retail cabinet cooling, CCTV enclosure ventilation, residential utility rooms, and point-of-use odor extraction in compact commercial spaces where a larger unit is not physically or electrically feasible.

At 0.25 HP, the CHA05 draws less power than a standard LED bulb array, making it suitable for installations fed from small electrical circuits or battery-backed systems where load management is a concern. Despite its minimal power consumption, the 1,750 CFM output is sufficient to ventilate spaces up to approximately 20 m² at 15 air changes per hour — covering single-toilet extracts, small stockrooms, equipment enclosures, and wall-mounted ventilation points in narrow commercial premises.

The 5-inch circular duct connection is the smallest standard size in the CHA range and is compatible with the flexible duct systems widely used in residential construction and light commercial fit-outs. The compact inline body can be installed in suspended ceiling voids, between joists, or inside cabinet enclosures where access is limited to openings as small as 200 mm.

Like all units in the CHA series, the housing is available in galvanized steel or stainless steel, giving the CHA05 a corrosion resistance profile suitable for damp or coastal environments where small extract fans are often left unprotected.
